Role at 4M Marketing
As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for video content creation across our real estate and construction projects. Your day-to-day work will involve bringing property visuals to life and engaging with audiences on multiple platforms.
Video Editing
- Shoot and edit property walk-throughs, site updates, and client testimonials
- Design creative reels, promotional videos, short-form ads, and visual branding assets
- Ensure consistency in style, quality, and messaging across all video content
- Collaborate with sales and project teams for timely video updates and project coverage
Who They’re Looking For
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing and social media handling
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent tools
- Hands-on experience in managing Instagram, Facebook Pages, YouTube, and TikTok
- Basic video shooting skills (camera or smartphone with gimbal), lighting and audio setup
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Degree in Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of real estate marketing is a bonus
