Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a UK-based energy campaign. As a Call Center Agent, your main responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone and promote energy services in the UK market.
Office Timings:
- Males: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Females: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday OFF)
Core Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to UK customers
- Promote electricity and gas services
- Deliver clear, convincing, and confident communication
- Record customer responses and follow-up when needed
- Maintain high energy and motivation during calls
What You’ll Earn
- Basic Salary:
- PKR 20,000/month (without sales)
- PKR 40,000/month (with 3 confirmed sales)
- Commission:
- Earn PKR 20,000 to 35,000 per sale
